The hotel is in very good location (2 min. walk from Taksim Square). Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is not open buffet, but it's good enough to keep you happy all morning. No problem when you want to take somebody into your room. Staff are always there to help you. I will always stay in Ottopera from now on - they know who I am.
