OWOO Jongno - Kapalı

If you like handsome Korean guys (mid-20s) then this place has lots of eye candy for you. Unfortunately, they all come in groups and sit at tables together and only talk among themselves. This is not really a place to meet people. Also, the reviewer above who says you are not required to order meals is WRONG. You must order ONE MEAL per table. They start at around 25,000 won and can easily satisfy groups of four, but for two people it's a bit much! But overall, a nice experience.

This is by far the most popular and busiest bar in Jongno, and that includes Sundays. Fridays/Saturdays are usually packed by 10pm so if you want a seat come by 9 at the latest. Service is ok, if you ask for water they only give one cup to share with everyone, and drinks are pretty normally priced for a gay bar in Seoul (aka just a bit past 'normal' and bit below expensive). Not a place to go if you want to mingle with new people. Attracts a younger crowd.
