White Pillars

White Pillars is a farm-to-table restaurant in Biloxi where Chef Austin Sumrall changes the menu frequently according to what arrives fresh from local farms. Gulf seafood, handmade pasta, steak, rabbit, and pork all appear across the menu, alongside seasonal dishes such as the Gulf Seafood Tower and Korean BBQ pork belly.

The restaurant's bar, WP Lounge, has its own story: its walnut bar is believed to be the oldest known bar in Biloxi and originally came from Chicago’s Blackstone Hotel. The lounge serves seasonal cocktails, an extensive wine list, and a large bourbon selection, with daily drink specials.
